The complex boasts a 98-space public car park<\/strong>, which will have a very positive impact, especially in the summer months, as it will help to decongest traffic in the main commercial artery of Playa de Aro. <\/p>\n

The SILKEN HOTELES<\/strong> chain continues its expansion plan with this four-star, 111-room boutique hotel in a complex. The Hotel Silken Platja d’Aro, opened on 26 June, has spaces for meetings and banquets as well as a bar, cafeteria and restaurant with a magnificent terrace and an outdoor swimming pool for those who want to enjoy the hotel’s facilities, although the beach is just 450 metres away. As always, gastronomy is another of the strong points for this chain of hotels, that is committed to sourcing local products that will delight lovers of Mediterranean food. <\/p>\n

“Locating our hotels in Catalonia is always good news. This time, we are opening a four-star boutique hotel, built from scratch and reflecting all the company’s commitments: design, quality and sustainability. Girona and the Costa Brava is an unmissable destination opportunity for us, and we wanted to offer a complete, quality product,” Javier Villanueva<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, General Manager of Silken Hoteles, told us.<\/p>\n

Lefties Store Platja D’Aro <\/b>has a total surface area of 4,135 m2, of which 3,5000 m2 is destined to a two-storey retail space, and the rest to storage and technical services.<\/p>\n

The brand offers a shopping experience that goes far beyond fashion, incorporating the latest technological innovations, such as an intelligent<\/em> fitting room system, easy pay checkouts, a cafeteria, a personalisation point, arcade machines and other features. This is a space where customers can relax and enjoy a complete in-store experience without leaving the store.<\/p>\n

The brand currently has more than 160 stores in fourteen countries<\/strong>, including Portugal, Andorra, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Israel, Bahrain, Tunisia and Oman, and has been operating online since August 2020, becoming the last chain in the group to have an online platform.<\/p>\n

The multi-brand sports retailer Sprinter<\/b> has a total surface area of 888 m2, over two floors. Its store offers omni-channel services, with the full range of Sprinter products available through its online store and the click & collect service, with no delivery cost to the store. It also incorporates La Factor\u00eda<\/em>, where garments for sports teams can be screen-printed. <\/p>\n

The brand, which belongs to the Iberian Sports Retail Group, alongside other brands such as JD, was founded in 1995 in Valencia.
