Under his leadership, <a href=\"https:\/\/tqinvestpro.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TQ Investpro<\/a> has become a strategic division, focused on the promotion, management and revaluation of <a href=\"https:\/\/tqinvestpro.com\/en\/new-property-developments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">real estate projects<\/a> in the very best of locations. <\/p>\n<p>The group also includes TQ Eurocredit, TQ Acquisitions and TQ Venture Capital, enabling us to offer a complete ecosystem for private and institutional investors.<\/p>\n<p>Toni has extensive experience in financial management and real estate development. He held senior positions at Banco Popular and Mapfre before creating his own platform where a maximum return could be given on real estate assets and capital structure could be optimised.<\/p>\n<p>Trained in Economics at UNED (1994), with postgraduate degrees in Financial Management (IDEC-UPF, 1999) and Sales and Marketing Management (EADA, 2005), he specialises in real estate asset management, investment fund structuring and real estate growth strategies.<\/p>\n<p>He created TQ Investpro in 2014. This company specialises in real estate development and investment, particularly in second homes in high-end settings with significant appreciation potential. Basing its strategy on the optimisation of assets and the selection of strategic locations, TQ Investpro specialises in upscale residential projects, focusing on excellence in design, sustainability and heritage value. <\/p>\n<p>In 2022, TQ Investpro becomes part of the TQ Alternative Investments structure. This will consolidate the group&#8217;s various business lines and establish an integrated platform for institutional and private investors interested in real estate assets. The company is divided into four strategic divisions, thus being able to offer a range of investment opportunities tailored to different investor profiles:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>TQ Eurocredit<\/strong>: Specialising in alternative real estate finance, providing mortgage-backed loans for real estate developers and investors, including bridge loans, developer loans and structured credit solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TQ Investpro:<\/strong> Platform focused on the development and management of real estate assets, with a strategy based on the promotion of second homes and investments in locations of high strategic value.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TQ Acquisitions:<\/strong> Specialising in the purchase and appreciation of real estate assets and companies in the sector, focusing on growth and restructuring opportunities to maximise asset value.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TQ Venture Capital:<\/strong> Investment vehicle aimed at financing startups and technologies applied to real estate, promoting innovative and scalable business models in the real estate sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Antoni Quintana y Mas\u2019s experience in the real estate sector has taken him to speak at forums and conferences on investment in real assets and the development of real estate projects. He loves to share his vision on revaluation strategies, financing developments and maximising returns in real estate. He has participated in events such as Planner Exhibitions, Econom\u00eda 3, SIMA &#8211; The Global Hub of Living and Capital Radio (Business), where he has analysed trends in the real estate sector and investment opportunities in strategic locations. <\/p>\n<p>His established track record in real estate development and asset management has enabled him to contribute to driving efficient investment solutions in project development.
