TQ INVESTPRO, a leading premium real estate developer in the province of Girona, is consolidating its main mission of developing projects in prime locations that generate a positive impact on their surroundings with this exclusive 16,000 m² complex in a strategic location on the Costa Brava with a high tourist influx.
For this project, the developer is working with SILKEN HOTELES for the 4-star superior hotel, and three commercial spaces leased to renowned brands such as Lefties, part of the Inditex Group, which will open its flagship store, along with the sports brand SPRINTER and the Druni perfumeries. The complex is completed with a 98-space public parking lot, which will have a very positive impact, especially during the summer months, by relieving congestion on the commercial artery of Playa de Aro.
The SILKEN HOTELS chain continues its expansion plan with this four-star, 111-room boutique hotel in a complex. Opened on June 26, the Hotel Silken Platja d’Aro features meeting and banquet spaces, as well as a bar, cafeteria, and restaurant with a magnificent terrace and an outdoor pool for those who also want to enjoy the hotel’s amenities, although the beach is just 450 meters away. Furthermore, as is customary for the chain, gastronomy is another of its strong points, focusing on local and nearby products that will delight Mediterranean food lovers.
“Opening in Catalonia is always good news. This time, we’re doing so with a four-star boutique hotel, built from the ground up and the embodiment of all the company’s commitments: design, quality, and sustainability. Girona and the Costa Brava are a must-visit destination for us, where we wanted to be with a product as comprehensive as this one,” emphasized Javier Villanueva, General Manager of Silken Hotels.
Lefties Store Platja D’Aro has a total area of 4,135 m2, of which 3,500 m2 is used for two-story retail space, and the remainder for storage and technical services.
The brand offers a shopping experience that goes far beyond fashion, incorporating the latest technological innovations, such as a smart fitting room system, Easy Pay checkouts, a cafeteria, a personalization point, arcade machines, and more. A space where customers can relax and enjoy a complete in-store experience without leaving the store.
The brand currently has more than 160 stores across fourteen countries, including Portugal, Andorra, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Israel, Bahrain, Tunisia, and Oman, among others. It has been operating online since August 2020, becoming the group’s latest chain to offer an online platform.
The multi-brand sports retailer Sprinter has a total area of 888 m², spread over two floors. Its store offers omnichannel services, with the full range of Sprinter products available through its online store and the click & collect service with no shipping costs to the store. It also features La Factoría, a space for screen-printing sports team apparel.
The brand, part of the Iberian Sports Retail Group along with other brands such as JD, was founded in 1995 in Valencia and has grown exponentially ever since, with over 218 physical stores in Spain and 8,200 employees.
